Requirements for Freshman or Transfer Students
To register your student at West Jefferson High school, you will need to bring to following documentation:
- Birth Certificate
- Louisiana Driver's License/ Louisiana ID Card
- Immunization Record
- Final Report Card from Last Year
- Custody papers/ visa (if applicable)
- LEAP/GEE Scores
- Copy of your child's approved transfer request (if any)
- (2) Proofs of Residence
- A Louisiana driver's license/ Louisiana ID card
- Utility bills
- Deposit, lease, or lease agreement
- An act of sale, an agreement to purchase that has the same address as the license or ID card
- You may be asked to provide further information to complete the registration process
Requirements for Special Needs Students
To reqister a special needs student, you will need to bring the documentation from above as well as:
- Special Education IEP
- 504 IAP
- Transition Form
